What happens if I use all of my included AI usage?

Paid workspaces can allow extra AI usage. Only exact usage beyond the allowance is settled each month, before applicable taxes — there are no prepaid blocks.
How is AI usage measured?

Usage reflects the model size and the amount of AI work completed. Routine tasks use the allowance more slowly than demanding planning, coding, and review work. Settings shows consumption as a simple percentage.
Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No contracts, no penalties.
Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Starter is $99/month or $948/year. Growth is $299/month or $2,868/year.
Is a credit card required for the trial?

No. New workspaces start on a no-card 14-day Growth trial. Add billing only when you are ready to keep using the workspace.
What AI models does Helpin support?

Helpin supports multiple AI providers including Claude and GPT. AI is built into the platform — no separate setup required.

Each workspace gets its own plan and billing. Create a workspace, start with a 14-day Growth trial, then choose Starter or Growth. If you do not upgrade, workspace access is limited until you choose a paid plan.
Are seats really unlimited on paid plans?

Yes. Starter and Growth both include unlimited seats. We do not charge per seat — your whole team gets access.
Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. It is never shared across workspaces and never used to train AI models. Growth includes advanced RBAC.
